This program consists of three 5 week training blocks designed to maximize strength on the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift as well as maximize muscle hypertrophy.

 

This is a 4 Day per week Upper Lower training split with an optional accessory day focus on speed and power development.

 

This program has been tested on a number of people showing massive improvements in strength development in both men and women.

 

It is important to adhere to the prescribed training intensities (RPE) in order to maximize results from this program.
